We like each other but nothing is happening?

So we've confessed to each other that we like each other, and we flirt with each other and stuff, but we're also best friends, and he always teases me and stuff and is mean to me at times.

We discussed what we are, we like each other but I don't want to be in a relationship, so it's kind of a unofficial relationship.

The thing is though... now that we know that we like each other, nothing happens, he doesn't ask me to go out with him on weekends or things and now we talk less than before.

Where as when we just friends he would always initiate talking to me first all the time.

Now he's decided to have a competition who would survive the longest without talking to one another.

He's confusing me.

But also I'm his first, so I'm a bit lenient on him and we've had 2 small fights since then.

you could maybe initiate more convorsation.. what I learned is that guys like girls that want to talk to them and stuff. I confessed to a guy I liked him and he liked me back he said but after that nothing happened.. its because I didn't really talk to him, so he didn't talk to me. I think you need to text him/ talk to him and possibly ask to go somewhere! unless its too late and he lost interest. good luck!
