I would seriously doubt that your friend doe not have a crush on you or ever infatuated with you to call you and "tease" you with highly suggestive talk. However, I don't know him and I sure as hell have never done that to a girl I was already romantically involved in... so, is this a common thing he does and if he does it may just be because he really does feel that way and is telling you so in a "just kidding" manner.
