Well he has 2 kids but if he's married or not no idea he never mentioned a wife. And he uses his son name and photo on his Instagram, not his own. I wrote to him 3 days ago asking what's on his mind if he wants me or not etc he's quiet until now.

Maybe the kids mom still lives there and they are having ups and downs. Not really sure, I would just ask him why he didn't accept the request and why he calls you from an unknown number
