I (F20) met this guy (M30) a few months ago on bumble. We had two dates, on the second date he wanted to kiss me goodbye before he leaves for awhile to his home country for holidays. Since he is constantly on the move, when he arrived to my country a couple of days ago, he told me about this. Then he asked if I wanted to meet. I replied positively and asked if he had a place in mind since on the first two dates, he let me choose the place. But he then read the message, didn’t answer until night, then said he forgot to answer and asked me again where I want to go. I replied that I had already chosen a couple of places, and I love it when a man also plans it out and leads. He replied with that as we had luch, we could meet for that tomorrow, meaning today. I’m busy but I told him when I’ll be free, but he hasn’t read my message since yesterday evening, although he was online. Before that, I don’t remember him behaving this way and I feel awkward and foolish that he asked me out, I responded positively, and now he’s behaving very weirdly. Why invite me to meet then behaving this way? I heed advice on how to react next.

I’m sorry, that must be because of my poor English. That’s how the conversation was: HIM: “ Hi, how are you? I’m back to (my city’s name)” ME: “. I’m alright. Glad to hear your back :)” HIM: “Might you want to meet this week?” ME: “Yes, sounds good. Do you already have any place in mind?”
Then he read and took hours to respond. After texted: “I thought I have answered. So where do you want to go”. Since he let me choose the place the first two dates, I let him know I’d like him to choose a place this time. After that he said we meet tomorrow for lunch as he remembers I like lunches. But since I could not make it tomorrow I texted him that I’ll be busy, but have time the next day in the evening.
And after that he still hasn’t read it.
