So I thought this boy liked me. Because he would flirt but I would never give him too much because I'm not sure if it's genuine. Then I hear when I'm not around he flirts with my friend. He gives her hugs and etc. He doesn't know we're friends. So fellas he's playing games right?

Oof that's a bummer situation. From the sound of it, yeah he's probably playing games. A few things that make me think so:

- Flirting with both you and your friend shows he doesn't really care who he leads on. Not a good sign.

- Hugging your friend when you're not around is shady behavior. Like he's trying to make you jealous or see what else is out there.

- If he genuinely liked you, he wouldn't be disrespecting you by flirting with your mate behind your back.

- You were right to hold back and not give him too much too soon. Clearly you sensed he wasn't totally genuine. Good instinct on your part!

I'd say don't waste your time with this one sis. He's showing he's not serious relationship material. You can do better than a player.

Keep your head up - maybe try chatting with some other cute guys instead and see if their vibes are more on the level. This dude ain't worth the stress. You got this!
