For example, like say this guy's someone you kinda know, but you notice him doing this at a wedding- He often turns around to glace over at you, then steps out of a queue to smile/stare at you and maintains eye contact even when you look back. Then u catch do the same stare/smile at you when u're eating and when u're talking to someone and again he maintains eye contact for a couple of seconds even when u look back?
Why don't some guys look away when caught staring?
