Why do guys just stare?

Recently I was at a drug store, I was looking for snacks then wandered to another aisle. I was distracted when I felt someone staring at me at the corner of my eye. I looked to my right and saw a young police officer turning to stare at me. I had no idea why he was looking at me and I thought that if I just ignored him, he would look away. I returned to picking my snacks. About 20 seconds later, he was still staring at me with this blank expressionless look on his face except now his entire body is turned towards me. I got really scared because he might think I've done something wrong at the store so I just ran away. A long while later, I realized that he might've been attracted to me. But why do guys just stare like a creep for miles and not do anything? what are they trying to accomplish?

He may of not said anything because he was working and it would be unprofessional of him to start flirting with you while he was on the job. It could get him disciplined or fired. He could of just been too nervous to say anything because he found you to be very attractive. He shouldn't of stared if he didn't plan on saying anything. That raises the creepometer. Some guys find it very difficult to approach women, not physically speaking (of course), but mentally.

Maybe he was in a relationship. Sometimes you see a woman that is just so beautiful to you and your admiring her beauty. But your not interested in trying to persue anything for one reason or another. Maybe your single but divorced and have kids, maybe your mgtow. Maybe you know you really dont have much to offer and let's face it. Women want men with something to offer and a lot of men have been taken to the cleaners with the whole relationship, marriage, children racket.

I do that all the time and it has nothing to do with you guys haha. We just zone out and then it's embarrassing because we snap out of it when you look at us
