This guy's someone I've seen around occasionally. Recently, I noted that he stepped out of where he was standing to just stare/smile at me (it was only a couple of seconds, so I ignored it). But later, he was facing the other way and he casually glanced over when he heard someone talk. When he saw it was me, he smiled, turned his body around and just stood there staring and smiling at me.
Why do guys turn around and stare?
