lmao... I'm quite particular about that, not a hugger, not a kisser (on the cheeks) and not a hand-shaker... unless you mean something to me, then that's another story because I'll know very well what you like or need, and you'll have that from me.

With significant others it goes differently as well, because closeness is vital to me, how much of it depends on her and how she really is, some do like it and need it 24/7... and others not as much, need more space or room, so you save them and savour them for the right moments, lol.

I am both a hugger and a certified snuggler. personally I would go for the snuggle over the hug. I see a snuggle as a fully upgraded hug, where you add the pamper pack.

Hugs are very powerful. Never underestimate the power of hugs haha. Yeah, I love hugs. I feel safe and comfy. Sometimes its very comforting, like whenever im sad, my best friends ask me if i want a hug and that in itself makes me feel better. Sometimes its awkward haha

Nope. I wasn't raised in a house where we unnecessarily touch or hug for no reason.

My little cousin likes to hug before bed & it makes me uncomfortable for no other reason than i have a strong dislike for being touch for no reason.

Other than hugging my kids, I just go along with the hug., but almost never initiate. I like to hug when I see an old friend that I haven't seen in a long time, otherwise it feels awkward.
