Because he's either decent looking, financially well off, or both-and has likely had plenty of females before he's done that to, and/or have checked him out because of the 2 aforementioned reasons, and feels he can do that... since he likely hasn't been called creepy or had his nuts mashed for being poor and/or not good looking. I've seen guys do that stuff repeatedly-and worse. If they're decent looking and/or well off, females usually flirt with those guys and welcome it. If he's not, he gets the police crawling all over him in minutes.🤔

I've had women do this kind of stuff pretty constantly throughout my adult life. Not quite as persistently as this scenario (they usually back off when I say I'm not interested, but not always), but women have no problems putting their hands on me and then acting like it's a compliment. If it were the other way around, I'd be in jail, but nobody cares when it's a woman harassing a man.

I do agree that it's not okay, but there is just a huge dubble standard here. I get touched all the time by female strangers from my hip to my lap to my arm and probably other people do as well.
