How do you feel about random people touch your partner, if you know that they don't like to be touched?

I was in a club with my girlfriend and while I was gone a guy started to talk with her.
She introduced me as her boyfriend to him and the guy kept talking with her and while talking he would touch her back or her arm.
I found this very weird. She didn't notice that much and she does not know if a guy is flirting with her.
What do you think?

I find it unacceptable.

But I also fully understand that this is normal and common in clubs, and also that it's very common for people in bars and clubs to be drunk, which means even IF they had good judgement and good boundaries when sober (and many do not), all that goes out the window when they're drunk.

And that's why, in my opinion, clubs are for single people, not couples. And if you're going to go into such a dangerous environment (dangerous to your relationship), you'd better figure out a way to stay by her side 100% of the time - and I mean 100%, because 99% isn't good enough. Know that you're still risking potential trouble - there's a REASON I call it dangerous - but at least the danger can be somewhat mitigated if you can be by her side 100% of the time you are there.

The smartest thing to do, though, is do what most couples do - leave the singles scene behind them and start doing things more geared to couples. And this means going to places that are much less dangerous to your relationship.

A few months ago my wife was hit on by these two blokes outside a clothes shop I go to.
I saw her sitting on the bench outside the shop when she motioned to me to get over there quickly. They had been drinking and was pestering her asking if she would leave with them. And when she said she was there with me they just ignored it. She tells me " These guys want me to leave with them" I looked at them and said " is that right?" They quickly backtracked and said sorry mate, we don't want any trouble.
Had they have touched her? I probably would have gone in to Hulk mode!

Taken people shouldn't be in clubs. They are for hookups and casual sex. Obviously he was hitting on her and knew you weren't going to stop it.
