Yes, you can. In my case, I told the guy I liked him, and he told his sister who confronted me (we were friends). If you're friends with his sister go for it. I've had friends tell me they like my brother. It's kind of fun.

Okay well i like this girls brother who walks me home and i told him he likes me and now me and his sister are friends and she wants to know why i like him so i told her On the walks home when i was pissed off he would say something stupid and then i would start laughing. And ever since i've listen to two is better than one i've came to realize how much i like him
