Well, the case would be clear. If he calls me sister, then obviously he does not reciprocate my feelings and then I simply would ignore him and I certainly would no longer continue to like him. If a person calls someone brother or sister, then he/she only sees that person as an acquaintance or perhaps a friend at best but certainly not as a person to like. Those terms are rather seen negatively in a relationship because it indicates that there is no real emotion involved. Besides sisterly love for my siblings, I could never like them for anything else in terms of deeper emotions involved. They are my brother and sister and I would not have any problem to call them this way. However, I would never call someone brother or sister that I like with deeper feelings.

Probably betrayed. Because a woman HAS TO show clear interest in me for to have ANY interest in her. So if she told me that, she just playing head games.

Sad. I would take it as a hint because I would always say that to guys friends to let them know how I felt.

I would wonder why they called me that.

It would sure change the dynamic
