i mean if they are not your blood and don't have your last name and are not related to you in any way then Yes you can Marry them etc but if they have you last name or first name then that is a little weird

Don't know about divine siblings but in Islam we can marry cousins but I personally don't encourage it for medical reasons

Well cousins can marry, real blood related brothers and sisters can't marry. Adoptive brother and sisters can also marry. I am not sure about Step brother and sisters which is joke of a lot of adult movies I think they can also marry.
Ideally for a strong species the mating should be between most dissimilar traits to create a stronger people though people may agree but if it were up to me I did ban intra ethnic group marriages at least for 2-3 generations especially in groups like Zoroastrians in my community and also many other castes since that is giving rise to genetic disease traits dominance. Though autocorrecting in itself but not nearly as good
