Isn't this a real Pretzel of a situation from Apt C4?

On Tuesday evening I was leaving for work. At the SAME TIME, my neighbor stepped out and locked her door, too. I asked, "How's it going?". And she said, "Good, how are you?". She was being very friendly. And I had said that I had my alarm set for 4:30 so I can be out the door at 5:30, and it took me 50 of 60 minutes to be able to wake up to get out of bed. She smiled and replied something to the affect of, "oh man". We were walking down the stairs, and I said that I was looking forward to the end of my shift so I could get home, get into bed and hopefully fall asleep. She had commented (I can't remember what), and when we got outside, I said, "Have a great night". In a friendly tone she said the same.

The next day before leaving for work, I heard a noise out in the entryway. I looked out the peep hole, and she was just locking her door and turning around to leave. She looked at my door all the way from her door to the entryway door (three feet away), and the look she gave my door while walking away was that of, nervous/"keep walking before he comes out", and "Is he coming out? Is he coming out?" (In a good way). I can't make sense of this situation.

Keep in mind... I did not flirt with her, hit on her, ask her out or for her number. I did absolutely nothing wrong, and gave her no reason to feel uncomfortable or ill-at-ease; I just commented about needing more sleep. Just before I got in the car, out of the corner of my eye I noticed her looking my way... and nervously. I'm trying to figure out whether or not to dodge her from now on or what. And I have noticed she has been parking only out front a lot more since then and not the rear lot.

Any thoughts?
