I don't really care for pick up lines but the guy a girl likes generally he could say anything so long as it's not insulting, sexiest, racist etc etc and she'll make light of his advances.

If it's a partner I'm in love with, then I love the occasionally corny flirt. I think it can be really charming and cute.
