I'm okay talking to them if I need to sort of thing, But initiating a Conversation wit them out of the blue just to get to know them I'm afraid to do because I think it would make me look Creepy or Weird.

Like, How would you feel if a Guy you don't know started talking to you about the weather or something your not really interested in?

Depends on the situation. I'm uncomfortable 99% of the time but I'll chat back. If I'm interested in someone I'll likely be more inclined to continue the conversation not just answer the question. You just gotta read how a person is feeling. If she just answers you and it's kinda close ended then she probably isn't interested in chatting.

I think that's the problem, I'm not any good at reading their signals even if they do like me.

I think I have missed a fair few opportunities in my past just because I couldn't read a Girls signals.

Confidence will grow the more you talk to people, doesn't even have to be girls. A natural conversation can't be practiced, get out with friends, and throw yourself in the deep end.
