No. You should make it clear that his behavior is inappropriate. Otherwise if you reciprocate the flirtatious behavior, he will get the wrong impression and things will escalate. This happened to me and a female coworker (who wasn't my direct subordinate). When it was finally going too far for me, I confronted the issue and told her we should stop talking. She reported me to HR and filed a formal investigation against me. It backfired on her because so many people were witness to it.

So yeah, in short- bad idea. Gets ugly. Nobody comes out a winner.
