My crush didn’t show up to work today and rumors went around that he quit because I guess he didn’t like the job ( call center ). I was so depressed and feel completely rejected ): he use to flirt with me and make eye contact. How do I get over him?

He could be thinking the exact same thing, that you were just being friendly with him, your best option really is to shoot your shot. You don't even need to ask him out, just contact him and tell him you're gonna miss him and that you wish him well. This gives him an opening from where to pursue you. Otherwise he very well could just think you were a friendly coworker and not a romantic option.
