Should I just confront?

So this guy used to ignore me when he saw me at events, but recently at a wedding I noticed he stepped out of the queue to stare at me. Yesterday he casually glanced over when he heard someone talk, but when he noticed it was me he completely turned around and just stood there staring and smiling at me. I ignored this, but a couple of minutes later as I ate, he was staring again- it's awkward as he doesn't look away when caught and he wouldn't just come and talk.

You know i completely ignore my crush when she is in front of me , Sometimes she does the same and sometimes i do the same and the weird fact is we have caught each other... looking us and we both become awkrwad. Now we kinda ignore each other when we see each other... and become really awkward around each other... I don't know why but we does.
