I personally think I fit at least the "cute" category and I dress... well it varies. I don't think I dress bad, I dress quite femininely, heels, dresses... I have long blonde hair, pale skin and I'm quite young, 22. Unfortunately I'm short but of average height with decent butt and boobs.

I've always wondered whether I'm just lying to myself and I'm actually really ugly because catcalling never happened to me...

All I'm trying to say is whether these two things are connected.

I don't think that's right. I think flashy girls get catcalled more but not necessarily pretty girls. And you don't even have to be a girl to get catcalled in a maximum-security prison. You just have to look like a submissive bitch.
