The whole heart thing means more than the you're awesome thing. If you're not at the heart level yet, but still interested then add a whinky face to the end of the first proposed response. If you're not interest then ignore it all together. The whinky face means you might be into him, but if you added a heart to the end of the second message then you keep the conversation going and the heart could me you just love the artist or that you might be interest in him or both. But unless you're totally into him don't give him a direct complement with a heart... stick with the winky face because its flirty.
