What is the difference between a friendly touch and a flirty touch?

Mostly the intent and the placement.
If someone is doing a flirty touch, they will try and show in other ways that they are intending to flirt… Maybe it’s the eye contact, the tone of voice, the smile… And some flirty touches may be in “friendly” places like the hand, arm, or upper back. Flirty touches might be the lower back, legs, biceps.

If that’s the friendly greeting from where you live, then I would consider it friendly.
If you want to make more of an impact to show that it’s not just friendly, do something else.

Definitely friendly. People are touchy where I like.
Usually when it’s flirty, it’s more of a long type of hug, or always trying to be near me/touch me.

More sacred places where they barely get touched or exposed
