So i’m a 21 year old uni student and there is this guy in my class. I met him a few weeks ago, when I was late to lecture and noticed him coz he was looking and smiling. We had a group project so I we communicated a bit.
Though I’m 21, I never really felt this kind of chemistry with anyone, i never have a problem with looking someone in the eye, quite the opposite, but the way he was looking was strange, you know, when time slows down and stuff and you feel like you not being looked at but kinda studied. We talked for a little bit and that was it that day. I saw him follow my friends and I outside the uni, but we didn’t get the chance to talk after that.
I met him the second time 3 days ago, in the same class, he sat down, looked around and moved to sit next to me, we talked again and it was stranger than before, though there were 7 of us in a group, every time he would suggest an idea, he would look at me and comment on every little thing I said, laughed at my terrible jokes and stuff, and I thought my friends noticed it too, coz every time he would talk and look me in the eyes, I would avert my gaze, not because I didn’t like him, quite the opposite, but coz i couldn’t look back. Maybe I got shy lmao
After that day, he added me on IG, knowinf that we met twice, I guess he remembered my name and when I added him back in 5 minutes he posted a story of him working out, which i found maybe a bit cheesy but funny nonetheless.
He texted me yesterday and kind of flirted?
This is a stupid question lmao but the thing is I’ve never really felt this kind Of chemistry with someone even if we have met just twice. i would even call it a bullpoop when someone would tell me stories of feeling butterflies in their stomach and time slowing down. And the thing was that I noticed him before he did all of that too, coz he seems like an intelligent guy.
Maybe I am overanalyzing everything, but I’ve never had anyone look at me this way lol

The group that I was in was filled with my friends too, who know me better than anyone and they started commenting about how he was cute , so i felt like they were in on it.
The reason Im asking is coz I am pretty cautious when It comes to these kinds of situations, there have been situations like this, but I have never felt the same way or even felt this kind of attraction.

I’ve just always been too cautious, and even though he did look with a smile and stuff, and texted I didn’t feel pressured or anxious, mostly coz the guys I’ve come across were sometimes almost agressive with their feelings and letting tou know about them 😂 mostly he commented about my little pupster and sent videos of his own, while subtly flirting.
It’s just that I’ve never met anyone whose energies I’ve matched on this level, that even on the first day, we got the same ideas, itworked out.
