Guys, What's your take on this note on flirting from my boyfriend?

I found out that my boyfriend (M,31) went behind my (F,23) back and flirted with a woman from our health club while we had just gotten into the relationship. He used the same phrases he used with me and that lady is already married as well. He used to shame guys for trying to be flirty with me while they knew I had a boyfriend (mostly they weren't really flirting and if they did, I'd draw a boundary and stop communicating with them). This hurt me a lot and as many other things aren't working out either, we are on the verge of parting ways.

He told me something that got me really confused and I would like guys here to give your take on it:
"99% of all good looking guys are flirts. They know they're attractive and that women notice them and wanna talk to them and they take advantage of it. The degree of advantage varies from person to person. So if you end it with me, and if you're looking for someone who has to be extremely loyal, go for a homely guy."

He's full of shit, yes handsome men get hit on occasionally but there are many of them that are loyal. Is there probably is a little truth to that because I'm homely or woman don't have many options so I would say they tend to be loyal
