Sooo... not really sure about this. A guy that I take my car to and I have always had normal conversation. The other day I had to go see him and we were chatting and I gave him my keys like I always do. Out of the blue he brought up about how I should tell my husband that he thinks I am "really cute" but that he probably already knows this. I just turned around and sort of laughed as it caught me off guard a bit. Honestly, I think the man is hot as hell but could never imagine just saying that to him. I feel like I am probably overthinking it but when you have been married for a while the fantasy is kind of fun. So was he just being friendly or more like a "move"?

That is definitely flirting. However, I would suggest you to not think much of it. Guys flirt, it's usually harmless unless they want something more, in which case you need to think if you want something more. Given that you're married, I'd advice you to stay out of it and not think much of it at this point.
