Is she scared to touch me? Why?

This girl has done this a couple of times already. She'll be teasing me or I'll be teasing her and she'll like play hit me, except she doesn't touch me lol.

She'll swing at me and get close but it's like she doesn't want to break my personal bubble space.

Which is weird because I break her personal bubble space all the time.

The only times she ever touches me are when she's sitting next to me and her legs will touch mine and linger, or if we're both pointing or looking at something in front of us with our hands and they'll graze each other.

But is she too shy to actually touch me on purpose, as in with intent? You think she likes me and wants me to escalate?

Just because you touch her doesn't mean she likes it. It doesn't sound like you touch her in an inappropriate way so she probably wouldn't say something if she's uncomfortable with it. I know I can be this way with people and just because they touch me doesn't mean I go out of my way to touch them.

it sounds like a personality difference. she seems like she's not a touchy feely person, but you are. try asking her sometime and see, or just be conscious of how much you do touch her.
