Then you could just ask them for a coffee for a start and see how they reply. If you smile a lot when you are together and pay attention to them when they are talking, greet them every time you see them and keeping in touch via social media. A recommendation however is to spend more time together in real life.

uhhhhhh, I would ask them out if I for sure, knew that they liked me and would say yes. Otherwise, it's a big no from me. Oh! Or if I had something easy I could ask if she wanted to go do with me. Like if I had concert tickets or something already. For some reason that makes it easier for me. Maybe cuz if she said no, I'd still be going to the thing anyway.
