I think guys will sometimes compliment a woman without any intentions or having any interest in the woman romantically. My gym crush recently complimented me in a way that I am wondering does it indicate more. He said “I thought you were hot before but now you are super hot (I have been strength training and starting to see results). But I think you are 25% prettier on the inside”. Does this mean more than just a random compliment?

But I don't know about using the word "hot". I mean I wouldn't use that word because I wouldn't want her thinking I had interest that I didn't have
