I have a feeling my crush might like me but I am not sure. What the hell do I do?

Long story, well, quite long. I have had a crush on a girl i like in my class for about 5 or 6 months now. And recently i have opened up about "possible" signals she has been sending me as of late to some of my friends and family because i wasn't sure of anything. Everybody and i mean EVERYBODY has been saying i am blind or missing a opportunity, but i still dont buy it. That is because she is a very good natured, friendly and somewhat shy girl.

There are definitively positive signs like:

• Long eye contact.
• Apparently, i am the only guy she speaks to on a regular basis. (Her words not mine)
• She mentioned she didn't want to travel alone. Even though she was with someone else.
• She laughs at almost all my jokes, even though some are just bad.
• I notice she tries to sit or stand next to me when she isn't working on something important.
• She has been opening up to me a lot lately.
• She remembers some of the small things i say and do that nobody else recalls and sometimes i can't even recall myself.
• She (genuinly not jokingly) apologized for lightly teasing me even though we have known eachother for some time now. And i am know for being really comfortable with light teasing.
• Ever since i said her hair looks quite good untied, she has been having her hair untied more than before i told her.
• She asked me if it would seem like fun to go to her local festival and visit the carnival. Which i said it sounds fun and i'd consider it.

But at the same time:

• Sometimes she ignores me stone cold
• We very rarely text
• She told me she wouldn't date anyone in her class (big problem, i am in her class)

I am left genuinely clueless to what to do since this is the first time this may be happening to me. And interpreting anything just sends my mind down the rabbit hole. The Positives could mean nothing. Are these signs of somebody who wants to be friends with me. Or more? To some of you some things may seem obvious, but i'm as dense as a neutron star when it comes to this. What do i do?

You could try being a bit clever. Ask her questions such as:-

"You know me well enough to answer me honestly. So, If I asked you am I slow on the uptake with regard to the opposite sex, what would you say?

or:-

How would you describe me to someone you didn't know?

or:-

Why is asking someone out who you like, SO difficult? is it the fear of messing up friendship? is it what if she says 'yes' and I mess things up? You're a girl.. let me try something.. Hypothetical of course.. look deep into my eyes and give me your honest answer.. am I someone you could ever go out on a date with?

That last question.. if she says 'yes' say OK.. then.. This is me asking you out on a date on Friday night (or whenever, just make sure you pick a definite date and time) Don't just say on a date and leave it at that.. it has to be in the same sentence.
