How to get over a relationship that never happened? Is destiny real?

I was at a public place, I saw a guy, checked him out and he reciprocated it.

We both started checking each other out and forgot that we were there to look at the place, not each other.

He was as attracted to me as I was to him.
I developed a crush on him.
We kept on starting at each other and everytime either of us broke the eye contact, it was because WE BOTH WERE SHY.

My crush seemed like a nice guy too as he wasn't desperate for any pretty girl at a public place.
But unfortunately,
(One random creep was following me all along despite the fact I ignored him and I was only looking at my crush).

During the exit, me and my crush looked at each other again, I was about to talk to him UNTIL that 'OTHER' creep who I ignored came chasing me, so me and my friend had to walk away from there.

Looks like I missed the shot with my crush FOREVER.

Pity that I didn't even got the chance to tell him hi and get his Instagram.

  • It's been days and I'm still NOT OVER IT!

  • I know it's impossible to find my crush anywhere if I don't have his number, social media or even name.
I'm praying that destiny makes us meet again even though it's impossible.

What if we weren't meant to be? How do I get over him?
