If a girl asks you out over text, but then takes 2 days to reply?

Let's say you answer "Oh yes, I'd like to", etc, but then, the girl takes 2 days to reply. Why would a girl do this (if it was initially her idea)?

Honestly she may be just going through something I wouldn't sweat it too much unless it's a consistent thing if it's consistent then I would just leave her be and if she really wants to hang she will be more on top of getting to your messages
