Looks to me that something happened in her life that made her change her views about you. One would normally not stop talking to someone if a date has been set up. This sounds as if you have suddenly been place on the ill-famed friendzone or that something happened to her that prevents her from contacting you.

Your best bet is to ask her if you should reschedule your date and if she does not answer, then you know that you lost her favors and then you just forget about this lady.

As some would say, there is plenty of fish in the ocean. Don't hold onto somebody that is moving away from you.
