How to ask a girl out at a cake shop?

I literally went into a cake shop today and found this girl well cute (I never spoke to her and she works with like 5 guys).
We made eye contact at start for about 5 sec.. whilst I was in there.

My games weak as you can tell.. but how does one go about asking someone out or for their phone number.

She's behind the counter most of the time.

Just ask her. Say something like "Would you go out to dinner with me?", "Could I take you out to dinner sometime?", or something like that. If she says "Okay", set a date and exchange phone numbers.
