What behaviors or acts or conversations are considered flirting

A good place to start is determining whether or not you already have some sort of relationship with the person. If it’s an individual that you have never had contact with or minimal contact, light conversation about how you are doing (sharing component) and showing interest in their life would be a good start.

If you already know the person or are in a romantic relationship with him and just want to flirt with them to let them know what mood you are in, a little hug, kiss or back rub ’ is always a good way to flirt. You should never stop flirting :-)
