If your intent is to have sex with him and you are underage, you really shouldn't try to do this.

If the intent is not sexual, or you decide to wait to have sex until you are whatever the state's minimum age law is, you can probe him. Try to find a spot next to him and tap him on the shoulder. Say that you saw him on the bus, and generally ask him questions about where he works, is he himself in a relationship, maybe make a joke if someone really funny pops up. Act like you are just curious about him- not looking for anything more than that. Just be really, REALLY careful, because as a minor you can be easily exploited and have your life ruined.

Well first of all ask him his age after you get to know him. High school freshman can be confused for sophomores and juniors. If you see him playing a game like mine sweeper ask him how to play it’ll give things in common. Small talk is important if he’s one of the people that sits alone but doesn’t mind others then sit with him more often. Or try your hand at flirting. Just ask him his age once you make the small talk to make sure.
