So there is this guy from class and he's really cute. We have never spoken or anything but sort of know each other from a mutual friend. How can I get him to notice me and talk to me? Or like what can I do? How do I flirt?

The girl in my geometry class tried her shot at flirting in a more physical way with me she brought her feet to touch mine under my desk and held them there. I'm 90 percent sure this is flirting as she does it every time, I have the class. It seems effective in getting me to like her.

However, flirting doesn't have to be physical touch it could be a smile, a brief hi in the morning, as well as staring the method of choice for shy freshman like me.
