How can you tell difference between harmless flirting and flirting w/ intent?

My boss is always very flirty, calling me beautiful, staring at me for extended periods of time, saying inappropriate things such as seeing my Instagram photo, was a sexy one, he mentioned it… was weird, I jokingly asked if he was stalking me… he said he just happened to see it at 5am while scrolling…..

I don’t get it though, he’s married, why does he do this to me? Is he trying to get me to like him? He goes out of his way to flirts It’s been going on for a while. I’m 28 he’s 44

Married men get bored of their wives after awhile. Especially when they see a beautiful young woman. Married men can be unhappy at home also. He is hitting on you but you if you dont like him then tell him to stop and if it still continues then tell his wife.
