How to seduce a man and make him talk to me?

So , im girl that think that men should make the first move , even if i like a guy i never talk to him or show him that i actually like him. Simply , i wanna know how to make the guy know that i like him without actually talking to them in person , whether by sending sings with eyes or smiling to them. I suck in this thing related to flirting or seducing a guy , so , any advices on what to do? Especially that , there is this guy ( we study together ) that i feel he likes me even though he never talked to me ( never talked to him too ) many times i catch him looking at me and sometimes we have this moment where we stare at each other's eyes. But being me , i avert my gaze and make expression as if I'm not intrested in him at all. but its the oppisite and i want him to talk to me , so , pleaaase any tips on how to seduce him or make him talk to me. Or should i just go and talk to him as if asking to explain to me something related to our studies ( cause would never talk to him about how im intrested in him ) . Pls your advices !!

I dont know the country your from but in UK some guys are concious of being a nuisance or harassing a women, im guessing there is similar considerations in USA and many western countries.

I know that saying hi isn't harassing, but guys can get in their head too; well maybe not the guys harassing women.

In short your gonna have to send SOME signal for any hope this dudes going to talk to you. The easiest would be to stsrt a conversation, use open questions and follow up on what he says. Once the convo starts sit next to him and be warm, friendly and smile.

Otherwise when his looking at you, look him in the eyes, have a smile or a slight smile and hold it for a little bit longer than is comfortable, then repeat multiple times looking at his eyes for a little longer each time. If this keeps going on and on feel free to giggle a little to break the tension but only if it feels natural. If that doesn't tell the guy to make a move your gonna have to be a modern woman

It is a girl' responsibility to make the first move. That doesn't mean you should ask, only that you should smile and say "Hi" or do something to indicate that you are approachable. That only works if he finds you attractive. Otherwise, it is hopeless.

Unless you are beautiful and especially if you are average looking, guys are not going to approach you if you don't give some indication that you are approachable. That is because average to slightly above average guy have been rejected a lot, and as painful as rejection would be to you, it's just as painful if not more painful to them. Most likely, they guy you indicate that you like is not looking for more rejection and you keep dashing his hope by indicating you are not interested. He cannot read your mind but he can see your reaction.

It would be good to ask him some question related to your studies. That would at least start a conversation and he might take it from there. That depends if you are as attractive as other girls he might be interested in.

I can relate to that. If you like a guy, you don't want to risk making a mistake. Also, you don't want him to know you like him unless he is going to return the interest. However, if you don't like a guy, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake because you don't care what he thinks.

In any event, you are making a bigger mistake by not talking to a guy because, at least, that gives you a chance and if you don't talk to him you have not chance. However, just because you know that, doesn't imply, it will be easy to act on it.

Also, at your age range, you are at your peak desirability. After age 25, your desirability starts going downhill and by 30 it is down a low. That doesn't mean the 30 year old women can't be attractive. However, they have no chance of competing with their 20 year old clone. That is why, regardless of how difficult it is, it is important to bite the bullet and make an effort while you are at your peak desirability. If you wait a few more years, whoever you end up with will be less desirable than the best you can get now.

@Opinion Owner Thank you. It makes sense to me. I get a lot of attention from teenage boys. I even get attention from guys in their 20s and older. However, older guys appear to not want me to catch them looking at me. Also, I read articles and watch YouTube videos. From those, I have determined that guys are more interested in younger women. Women are more interested in guys that have high incomes. For example, per one YouTube video, a 30 year old attractive woman lawyer may believe she deserves a man with similar or greater income and education but the men she wants would rather have her 20 year old clerk.
