Is she interested or just friendly?

I (23M) work in a bar at a hotel and there's a woman (23F) that's a trainee manager at the hotel that I'm interested in. Work place relationships aren't frowned on here either, there's actually lots!

Anyway I made it obvious I was interested in her, but she seemed shy so I didn't want to be up front and make her uncomfortable, so I let her friends know. I could never tell if she was interested and shy or uncomfortable and quiet.

At the Christmas staff party I began to flirt and was dropping serious game. She said she doesn't do things with coworkers but that's not how she was acting and I got the vibe that she wanted me to convince her I was serious and not just trying to use her. After I left the party she got my number from someone and sent a few texts. She would send the odd flirty message but I couldn't work out if she was interested or not and then I found out from her that her department think I'm a massive player (it seems like most of them took my kindness and good nature as me showing interest which isn't the case)

Anyway I eventually stopped texting because I wasn't sure and didn't want to be too much. Recently she began texting me about random things around the hotel, however then I began seeing her more in the bar when it was quiet and she would ask me questions which I was sure she knew the answer to.

I began watching a show and said she should try it. She said she wouldn't be interested yet here we are she watched it and began texting me about it. She said she's not liking it but still watches and texts me about it. I text her and told her her taste in movies is awful and we may watch one together sometime and she said "I don't trust you to pick something ill like 🤣 but I'll think about it😉".

My issue is she doesn't reply straight away and doesn't show she's completely interested so I question it, and because I'm interested in her I don't want to have a bias on the opinion and think things are hints when they're not

Is she interested or just friendly?
