I’m trying to figure out of my coworker likes me., She’s not very flirtatious like how I am. Last week she invited to Waffle House after work ( just me and her). She told me we can’t date but we can hangout, because she don’t wanna cause any conflict issues.. Recently she told me she wants to come over to my crib and decorate my Christmas tree.. Is she showing interest in me at me or just being friendly?

She might simply enjoy your company and value your friendship. Her actions could be genuine expressions of friendship, without any romantic undertones. Don't do the typical male thing and just assume she wants your junk.
