An outgoing girl seems upset or annoyed with me and kinda give me the scowl look, even try to catch my eye to make me notice her. I dont recall doing anything wrong towards her.
there's a time where I was talking to our colleague and she was walking by from a distance, she stop for a moment look towards me and gave a smile but funny thing when the colleague of mine turn around to look at her too, she gave him a coy smile. Her behaviour curious me, either she is interested in one of us, being just friendly or flirty. What do you guys think?

Hmm, it's hard to say for sure man. Girls can be pretty confusing sometimes!
A few possibilities based on what you described:
- She could be into you. That scowl look might just be her weird way of getting your attention since she wants you to notice her. And the smile could mean she likes you.
- But smiling at your friend too when he looked makes me think she may just be flirty in general. Maybe she likes the attention.
- Or she could just be trying to be friendly around you guys at work so it's not awkward.
I'd say try talking to her a bit more when you get a chance. See how she acts - does she seem more engaged with you than others? Try a little light flirting back and see how she reacts.
If she seems into it, maybe ask for her number or social media to chat more outside of work. That could give you a better idea of her intentions.
Otherwise, don't stress too much. But I'd keep an eye on her just in case she is feelin you, ya know? Let me know what happens dude!
