So, I think the answer to you question is first to ignore all the idiots shouting rizz. They're just immature. Then, for the guy you like, if you don't have them, get his socials. Finally, ask them both, wtf? Get them to man up to whether this is some dumb prank/boy flirting or something serious.

The only caveat here is this: if they're BSF then you may not want to get in a relationship with the guy you like.
