I moved into a new role a few months ago and met a guy from the team. We spoke on teams but didn’t actually meet in person til this week. He had been a little flirty. This week I met him and he said he was happy to meet me. Also during the day I caught him starring at me. He told me he was off to a concert after work. The next day I messaged him and asked how the concert was and he didn’t reply? He rarely doesn’t reply. Does it seem like he isn’t interested or maybe shy? Should I ignore him when I see him?

What is it with women like you and solving your issues by opting to ignore the man? You are a full adult ready to act like a child and make things awkward at work because he didn’t respond to your message. If you are put out or confused by his actions then just freaking talk to him. But I bet you won’t do that because you know it is petty and hearing the words come out of your mouth you’ll feel as ridiculous as this question sounds. You are too grown for this.

Just back off and act normal around him. If he's into you, he'll let it be known.
