Is he not interested in me?

I’ve been talking to this guy for a week already I met at work and we exchange a few text daily. He gives me mixed signals and it’s confusing! His text aren’t dry but I feel like I’m the one who initiates the convo half the time. He isn’t flirty in his text but he does use smiley face emojis. He looks at me at work a lot from a distance and says hi to me smiling and he’s stated I am pretty intimidating. One time we ghosted me for like 15 hours and texted the next morning he was really tired and fell asleep? I knew it was a bull excuse and I told him it didn’t feel like he wanted to get to know me after he said he wanted to and he said he really does wanna get to know me etc.. yet I feel I’m the only one asking questions trying to get to know him. We have yet to talk on phone to actually get to know eachother more. Anytime I post a selfie of myself on my social media story he likes it or reacts with a heart eye emoji? He obviously finds me attractive but I don’t feel his energy. I really like him but if he really liked me I would think he’d text me more often or try to see me outside of work to hangout. I’m so confused..
