I always text my crush first. When i asked him why he don’t text me back on time or first, he said “ i dont have time i remain busy but whenever it’s possible or I am completely free i reply to your text because thats the time we can complete our conversation”. We only text once in a month. Should i move on or wait for him to develop his feelings for me?

Texting first and on time is an important sign of affection, it shows that we spend our time communicating with them.
So if he seems uninterested to chat with you and makes excuses, there is no need to spend your time with him.
Just move on and see if he would start a chat or completely ignore you.
