You and woman are in a room together she's sort just standing there waiting on something. She says when you walk by oh me oh me (like just saying outloud expression she's tired).
You begin to talk to her because you feel she is starting a conversation. Soon as you do, she turns her head and locks eyes with you. Walks a few steps in your direction to the table you're sitting and runs her fingers through her hair, right at the end, she makes a quick glance. It's over in like two seconds the whole motion.

It's possible that the woman's hair flicking and stealing glances could be a sign of attraction or interest. Flicking or playing with one's hair can be a subconscious way of drawing attention to oneself, and stealing glances can be a way of showing interest or attraction without being too overt.
However, it's important to remember that everyone has their own unique communication style and body language, and it's impossible to know for certain what someone's intentions or feelings may be without clear communication. Well I have been throwing out these professional nuggets throughout the year. I notice sometime she will ask me things she already knows the answer to. For example. Out of the blue she walks back to my desk and drops a folder with papers and procedures and says can you look over this and let me know what you find. When you're done come back to my office. I'm not sure why she done all that because when I went in there she said thank you, I just wanted a another set of eyes to help me look over. I thought it was correct. Or printing something on the printer next to me when there are others available. Stuff like that. Or picking and carrying on in group chats etc. It's funny this same woman and I won't speak in the presence of others but as soon as they leave and out of earshot she strikes up conversations. It's so quick in the video but slowing it down I can really see.
Based on the additional information you've provided, it's possible that this woman is interested in you and is trying to find ways to spend more time with you or initiate conversations. Asking for your help with work-related tasks or dropping off paperwork may be a way for her to create opportunities for interaction.
It's also possible that she may be hesitant to show her interest in front of others, which could explain why she only strikes up conversations when you're alone. It's important to remember that everyone expresses themselves differently and there could be a variety of reasons for her behavior.
If you're interested in this woman and want to pursue a relationship, it may be helpful to express your own feelings and see how she responds. However, it's important to approach the situation with respect and sensitivity, and to prioritize open communication and mutual consent in any interactions.
Well I notice these actions and it's only around me... believe me I observed how she reacts to others in the dept
1. Adjusting her clothes and covering herself up often in chat.
2. Rocking back and forth and being really animated around me, coming within comfort zone when talking now whereas before she didn't do that before.
3. Taking wedding ring on and off multiple times durng a conversation or twisting it.
4. Making it known in a conversation that her and her husband are like ships passing in the night.
5. She has also shared with me that he works 3rd shift and they don't really communicate they are in their own little world she says and they hardly ever talk to each other and that his only days off are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week and it's got to be quiet in there because he has to rest (truck driver)
All of this made me want to pursue this further.
Also when I do see her on the floor, since she's the manager, she's often talking to people in their cubes. I come into view and there is double take going on and sometimes there are corner of the eye situations out of view. She will stop and even interrupt a the person chatting and greet me saying Hiii! With a smile and a wave blushing I think (hard to tell it'd office lighting).
This causes the other person sitting there to stop and notice the interaction so between her and I. I wave back smile some and kinda get back to my desk real quick and she's within a second back to their conversation
Maybe they don't notice or maybe they do. Nobody has said anything. I think we purposely try to not talk to each other when other people are around.

I know if the opportunity ever presented itself of course in the right timing, I'm going for it and have it out there that I think she is an absolutely gorgeous woman. Then go on explaining my reasons that my whole life even as a child I always wanted to meet someone with her mannerisms and religious upbringing. That it's a rare find and it's taken me this long to find it.

Today I asked her how she was doing since I hadn't seen her in awhile (guess being manager is always busy) about how she and her dad was doing since her moms passing. I'd imagine it must be hard. I lost my dad last August. So I understand. She said thank you for asking. Yes we are doing fine as expected you know. (She does this talking facing away behavior but when finishing sentences she will look at me for the reaction.) I've never seen someone do that before either.
I then asked if she's doing anything for Easter. We have extended family coming in and she's making her mom's recipe potato salad. She then excitedly says oh yeah I'm also making a strawberry pie with crust on top! I'm not sure I'd you've ever had that but I'm making that!
She was leaving and I said well Beth, if I don't see you the rest if the day you have a good Easter! she's smiled looked flushed and literally ran out the room saying thank you seeya!
Based on the interactions you described, it's possible that this woman may be showing signs of interest or attraction towards you.
