The most beautiful girl I seen and all staff notice but she ignored me all week purposely avoided me chatted to everyone but me and I'm so confused

The girl keeps staring at me and a lot extra when alone from a distance away and avoiding me it drives me crazy I

Then I looked into her eyes she looked away started pressing her lips together and playing with her hair
