I keep thinking about this girl is this bad?

So I used to work with this girl she is a few years older than me and I’m pretty sure she’s single. But I keep thinking about her most of the time. Especially when I see her around. I work with her friend and Im friends with a few of her friends. I don’t let it bother me or get in the way of my life. She is just kinda suck in the back of my mind. I think about other girls too but not this much. Even when I had a girlfriend I still thought about her a little but not as much. Is this bad? And what can I do about this

Ask her out then it goes away. If she laughs at you then that’s good. If she she rides you then that’s good.
