This girl I just met asked for my contact information. We exchanged numbers. She even texted me the next day first, nice meeting you etc. I decided to add her on snapchat, she added me back and replied to my story. I know there is a chance she may be interested or maybe just wants to be friends. If she wants to be friends, could I make her interested by texting/snapping well? Just wondering.

You can try, she clearly has an interest in you but as a girl, I would recommend doing it slowly, friendly, like sending a snap, which you would send to any of your friends but write a text that would be easy to reply for her if you send these things to her indirectly (not being that clear if you are snapping just her) and she replies and initiates a conversation, it could mean that she likes you in one way or another. Never be too desperate when trying to make her interested.

Yes, just you know chat about basic things, for example, if you send a picture of something funny happening, just talk about that if she replies, just casual, just build it.
